The brake shoes produced with high-density, impurity-free aluminum alloy and die-cast by 180T large-tonnage automatic die-casting machine, which ensures that the shoes have high internal density and no air holes, and will not break and bias the brakes. We use the top grade stainless steel with anti-corrosion and sandblasting treatment and high temperature colorful passivation and enhances the appearance of the product. The linning adopts new friction material with high quality glue after fully automatic spraying technology and automatic temperature-controlled oven bonding, high stability of the linning will not fall off , strictly controlling the overflow of glue to ensure the beauty of the product.
